
This week we saw 8 sales, 33 new listings, 11 price reductions and properties averaging 69 days on the market. Keep in mind, a good chunk of those new listings are re-lists, meaning we still need fresh inventory.
These stats are for all property types – land, detached homes, attached homes & multi family. Area includes the entire Sunshine Coast BC covering, Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay, Pender Harbour, Egmont and surrounding Islands.
I’m not one to glorify the hustle culture and being busy but this week sure was jam packed. I’ve had a good balance of buyers ready to start shopping, along with multiple CMA’s being sent off to sellers.
