Last week we saw 17 sales(!!), 38 new listings, 7 price reductions and homes are sitting on the market for an average of 75 days.
It’s great to see some more activity with sales and some fresh new listings for buyers to choose from. Pricing is still the key to get a flurry of buyer activity, confidence is up but no one is throwing caution to the wind.
