The stats show a slower week for sales, dropping from 14 to 6. We also saw a bump in days on the market from 61 to 86. For some good news, we saw 34 new listings hit the market.
A rate announcement from the Bank of Canada is set for tomorrow morning, if we see a hold or decrease, I can only imagine this will translate to more buyer activity. Stay tuned!
