Another week of new listings on the Sunshine Coast! I’m finding the new inventory is causing a buzz among buyers and sellers.

Now that it’s officially Spring, the market is seeming to follow suit. One of my listings under $600,000 in Pender Harbour was a price reduction in this list and it sure has caused a flurry of showings. It is a great investment property close to the Painted Boat Spa and Resort. As we move through the seasons, it’s also important to keep marketing and presentation up to date.
