I’m Krista Wollen, a Sunshine Coast BC real estate advisor, known for a strategic yet down-to-earth approach to buying and selling property. I grew up in Roberts Creek and was raised around real estate on the Sunshine Coast, learning the business organically through my parents, Randy and Melody Wollen — both well-respected agents known for their integrity, local knowledge, and long-standing client relationships. That foundation continues to shape how I work today: thoughtful, relationship-driven, and grounded in a deep understanding of the Coast.

Client care and personalized service are at the core of my real estate business. Since 2014, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully navigate residential, commercial, and investment real estate on the Sunshine Coast. Much of my work comes from repeat clients and referrals, and I’ve even been trusted to represent fellow real estate professionals in their own transactions. After spending a decade in the Lower Mainland working in marketing, advertising, and interior design, I returned home to the Sunshine Coast to raise my children in a smaller, close-knit community connected to nature. Combining my professional background with my lifelong connection to this place felt like a natural evolution — and eventually led me to carry forward the family business when my parents retired.

My focus is always the same: to help you make confident, well-informed decisions around what is often your largest financial investment — while ensuring the experience itself feels seamless, supportive, and manageable from start to finish.
