Another week of steady sales on the Sunshine Coast BC and another bunch of new listings for the Buyers to chose from! We saw a slight uptick of average days on market from last few weeks in the 40’s.

This week we saw 6 sales, a whopping 63 new listings, 17 price reductions and a drastic drop to 46 days on market!
